Hi, I'm Mitch

Engineering Leader, Builder, Coach

12+ years building teams and software at scale. I love solving hard problems, shipping things that matter, and helping engineers do their best work.

By day I lead Engineering for Growth at Verkada, including our internal AI Platform.

Previously at Salesforce, my team launched AgentExchange, redesigned marketplace discovery (+107% impressions, +66% clicks), and modernized infrastructure for 8x faster page loads. Before that I built the Cloud Standards Engineering Excellence Guild at Autodesk, cutting incidents per billion API calls by 95.6%.

I also run Beewick, a consultancy focused on technology strategy, applied AI, and agile delivery. Outside of that I build side projects, tinker with hardware, and try to make things people enjoy using.
